Founder and Director
Hi, I'm Frankie. I have been teaching yoga to babies and children in and around East London for over 10 years! I have over 500 hours of teacher training and also teach adults, pre and post-natal yoga, chair yoga and family yoga. I have taught at fesivals and retreats and have developed my own beautifully structured yoga-inspired mindful movement classes for bright, happy, giggly children!

Mindful Movement Teacher

Hi, I’m Georgie. My love of mindful movement began when I was very young, inspired by my mum. Some of my happiest memories are of family sessions where we would stretch, breathe, and move together with friends. Those moments taught me that mindful movement isn’t just about the body—it helps the mind too.
As I grew up, mindful breathing and gentle movement became my tools for coping with the ups and downs of primary and secondary school. They helped me calm my mind before big exams, ease worries during stressful times, and find balance during life’s many changes and transitions. Every time I practiced, I felt a little braver, a little stronger, and a lot calmer.
Now, I feel so lucky to be a teacher myself. I love sharing mindful movement with children, giving them the chance to discover how powerful their breath and body can be when they work together. It makes me so happy to help children find calm, confidence, and joy in their own journeys—just as mindful movement has done for me. And the best part is, I’m still learning every day right alongside you!
